All purchases made through Joe West Official are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ryan.j.rauch@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will review each case individually and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

 

Incorrect Orders

 

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
